NAACP appeals to UN claiming 'voter suppression' in the USA...

So let me get this straight, the NAACP believes that abiding by America's laws, passed by American politicians, is voter suppression and that the UN is arbiter of US policies.

Let's take a quick look at what the Guardian reports the NAACP says is voter suppression!

• Stopping voter registration drives where liberal groups literally round up anyone awake and able to move to get their name on the voter registration list!  
• Letting convicted criminals vote.  They NAACP is livid that four states "Florida, Iowa, Kentucky and Virginia – continue to withhold the vote from anyone convicted of a criminal offense."  I mean seriously is this the voting public American's want influencing elections?
• The NAACP is livid that 34 states now require voters to produce a valid ID card proving who they are when they show up to vote!  Aren't you livid that its not all 57 50 states that require that?

And BTW the current NACCP president is named Benjamin Jealous, is that not the most perfect name for the leader of the movement that is jealous of everything!
